Does any one have experiance of using this trigger: Dent 400 from Sub Craft? Normaly I use Neptonics reef mechs but this looked interesting. Opinions please.
Thanks, James.

Seams no one has used this unit so can anyone have a look and offer a second opinion on the strength of the web site description?
Thanks.

It appears that the shooting line is held on the vertical section of the small line release lever. When the shaft releases, I assum the line release lever pivots forward to release the line.

But what happens if the shooting line inadvertently finds it's way onto the horizontal section of that little bent wire? It seems that the line would then not be released when the wire pivots forward?

Fair point, I suppose the horizontal portion would be against the stock. Worst case senario would be to dispense with the line release and fit another of a different style.
Realy tempted to give one a go but delivery has been quoted as 20 euros to the UK which seams a little steep when I can get a neptonics mech delivered for $12!
