Well, if you look for something more than just a gauge, then there are computers designed specially for freediving. If you really look just for a gauge, for some reason, then there are also plenty of options. Since you tell you want something accurate and reliable, you will probably want to look for high end devices. On the low end you have cheap capillary and mechanical gauges, which, although rather reliable, are not very accurate. On the high-end you can find devices with redundant sensors, sophisticated calibration, and easy to read displays (for example Liquivision X1 computer belongs to that category).

I tried to collect data on all diving computers with a freediving mode (35 do far), so you may check it out, and select the one that fits your needs and budget: APNEA.cz - Freediving Computers

If you click one of the listed computers (or select up to 6 of them for comparison), the page then lists diverse options the computer offers, and there are also links to independent reviews (often there is also a link to a thread here on DB speaking about the respective comp).

As for the reliability goes - that's a hard question. I saw many Suuntos failed, and heard about many more, but all of them were from the older generation (especially D3, Mosquito). At D4 I did not hear so frequent complaints, but then again the computer is not yet too long on the market. On the web you will find fans and haters of practically each brand, but it is wise to try to find and read some user comments before you decide.
