Hay guys,
I have been playing around with depth tables recently and they have really helped me progress in my cnf.
I have been doing 5 x 20m dives with 1 minute breath up in between, i assumed this ratio would be fine because i and every other AIDA instructor has done it before with cwt.
But now they are feeling easier, and also i would like to use them to train CWT and FI, but for it to be worth while i need to make them harder.
Ideally i would like to make the dives deeper or do more repetitions, but then i need to consider the increased risks of DCS, the safest way to make the dives harder would be to do statics before or after each dive, but i would much rather increase depth/reps.
So the question is who out there has any experience with depth tables or knows of any guidelines for avoiding DCS.
Cheers
