Hi All!! Does anyone know any exercises for diaphragm stretching? Any good link to exercises explained with pictures?

Its pretty good:

Here are some videos that will help restore normal motion to the many abdominal tissue layers from the front and back. The third part is another version of uddiyana bandha performed as a passive stretch in an open thoracic position.

Thanks Spring Diver. I liked the method in the 3rd video. i will try it and i will let you know how it go.

Hey guys!

There are several techniques but before trying them be totally aware of the potential injuries you may cause. Stretching the diaphragm should always be performed in a very cautious matter. I would recommend doing some breathing cycles before to "warm up" the intercostal muscles.

Basic Stretching routines can be either done with full lungs or empty lungs. In either way you perform slightly stretching of arms, ribcage or do some spine twists.
