As we all know, diet is impotant for freedivng, but many things have been said and written. I have recently read that cheese, butter and similars must be avoided by the freediver.
Somebody knows why. And which would be the better diet for training AND that for those freediving days, AND the one for the personal best dive . . .

See you in the Blue

Not simple

Whatever people tell you, always experiment yourself.

I have been experimenting with diet for nearly 3 years, and I'm still very confused. However, I am relatively sure that the best diet for training is not the same as the best diet for performance.

Other than that, I can't say anything for certain, despite countless experiments over the last few years.

They say, the more you learn, the less you know.

Thanks for your reply.
I'll tell you about the results of my "experiments"
By the way, I have just received a package with someting like "fluid goggles" ! I can't wait to try them at sea!:D
