Difference between C4 Indian SF and C4 Fast Carbon T700 fins

Hello! Dear forum users, have a question. What is the difference between C4 Indian SF (fins angl 29 ° + 3 ° = 32 °) and C4 Fast Carbon T700 ( FINS ANGLE: 22° + 3°= 25° )fins other than ? The price difference is 50 euros, footpocket cost about the same, blades are similar T700 Superforce .
Should i buy cheaper C4 Fast Carbon T700?

I have heard that the blades C4 Fast Carbon T700 are shorter by 1.5 cm then the C4 Indian SF .
Is that true?
