Hi Anybody,

My name is Ben and I used to train with 'Watts' when I lived in Dee Why on the North Shore. I havent been training for the past 3 months but look forward to getting back into it.

I live in South Coogee now and want to start a training routine invloving mornings ideally.

I am of reasonable experince and have the abiltiy to follow a program if you would care to do one up together. I belive from experience it is the best way.

Mate good to see you're still keen on freediving. Get in touch with Judge on the Extreme Spearfishing forum, he lives around Maroubra I think and might be keen on some training.

I would definately be interested in starting to do training. Its hell finding a buddy. Im not too good though... just started. Would we be doing pool sessions and openwater? Im around Strathfield but I can drive down regularly.

Then when the Ben#2 comes back from overseas he will join us (whether he likes it or not :t)
