5* PADI Center group in the Red Sea, German owned, looking for a manager for day to day operation of the centers. The position is long term and available immediately. The operation includes around 20 staff members from Egypt and several European countries, 2 boats & crew.
Minimum qualifications required: PADI IDC Staff Instructor with staffing experience and EFR Instructor.
A plus: DSAT Tec Deep, Gas Blender and Tec Trimix Diver or Instructor ratings, TDI or IANTD Instructor, DAN Instructor.
Languages required: Fluent English. German and Arabic as well as any other European language are a significant plus.
Potential candidates must submit a complete CV including photo and should have proof of experience in: compressor & equipment servicing, boat maintenance, staff training, diving center management and administration, accounting, sales & marketing and customer service. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, self motivation and target oriented work are required and expected.
Duties will involve as well: relationship with hotels, travel agents, suppliers etc.
