DIVE INSTRUCTOR MANAGEMENT COUPLE (GERMAN/ENGLISH SPEAKING)



We are looking for a German-speaking instructor couple to independently operate a small dive school on a beautiful, tiny, exclusive island in the Maldives


REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a couple where both are active SSI instructors and one or both PADI OWSI renewed and in teaching status.
• Must have enough experience to manage the operation successfully and profitably.
• Ready to start in October 2026 which is the start of our high season.
• Happy with an initial contract for a period of 6 months
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
• Ability to teach in German and English – any other languages would be an added advantage
• Possess great organizational and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a positive “can do” and flexible attitude
