dive lights advise pls

hi every one
please help , i was using a small dive light till i found that the light coming out of it was not enough for my needs . So i decided to buy a general purpose good light but not too expensive . At the beggining , i decided to buy a UK D8 rechargeable or a UK light cannon 100 , but while reaching the end of my search , i found so many dive lights that i was confused , so please if somebody have experience on various dive lights with max price arround 250 us dollars , please help .
what i need is advise on a good reliable rechargeable light

you can;t go wrong with UK lights - I love them. the C8 and the light cannon are my favorites. the light cannon EATS batteries. 8C will last you 4hrs.

yes - it;s a 10watt HID. I LOVE mine! wish the batteries lasted longer though.... :hmm

Yup I like mine too. What about the rechargable battery? I'm thinking about buying one...

i finally decide to buy a uk light but i prefered the D8 with the rechargable kit and the the 14 w and 30 w lambs so i actyally followed your advices about uk , but any advice about any trade mark for dive lights is welcome because this is a subject that i really dont know .I would be happy to expand my knowledge on this subject
