We are looking for a dive ops supervisor/manager for a busy dive shop in the Cayman Islands. The operation has four dive boats, which carry to 20 divers each. There are 8 Instructors who work as boat captains and dive masters. The shop has a retail area and is on site at a hotel.

We are looking for someone with experience to be able to run the day-to-day operations by him or her selves. With well-established staff (some have been with the shop for over 5 years) and over 50% repeat guests, your main focus would be on customer service.

If you have, managerial experience and diesel engine/compressor maintenance experience, please send you CV and a photo to reefdivers@littlecayman.com
