I thought I was going to pester my contacts now in the beginning of the boating season with a reminder of how the flags look like,but there isnt one...Anybody feel the urge to create one?

Rule of thumb only:
Red "international" one for USA, blue & white alpha flag for the rest of the world-ish.
There is an old thread which discusses locations for each in detail but best to be familiar with both - as floats & flags ship all over the world these days.
