So I've decided that I'm going to upgrade my fins from polymer to fibreglass and have settled on the DiveR's with the mares razor footpockets.
The only problem is that I don't know which stiffness to get, whether soft or medium.
I do mainly shore dives but I do have access to a boat and plan on going out and diving structures and possibly blue water.
I weigh 87kg and am 184cm tall.
Any help is appreciated.
Cheers,
Ruddy.

I am the same height and slightly lighter. I have Medium DiveRs which are good. Many excellent freediver friends use light. The Meduims are harder then most polymer fins. Hard is for real big boys, 100ks+
