Diving and pot

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Another negative to freediving that no one pointed out is that smoking (anything) can irratate the mucous membranes causing them to produce more muscuos thus clogging sinuses etc. Might make it harder to equalize the next day.

Although a really old thread to revive but i had to give my opinion based on my experience.
I think that a little pot will drastically improve diving.
I once dived while being high on a little pot and it was the best freediving/spearfishing experience i had... My breath hold was really great and my diving technique was really on point and everything was just fitting together perfectly... I was doing everything right how it should be done and the psychological effect of pot disappeared the second i entered into water so was in control of everything.
But don't get me wrong... Pot is bad... but just a little wont hurt anyone.
Cheers.
