Diving in Rangiroa : tips ???

These forums are very helpful ! We have watched on TV a wonderful documentary film on Rangiroa and Fakarava Islands. Diving there sounds great ! Do you know nice accomodation to stay on these 2 Islands ? Thank you for your help ! Bye. Robert and Liliane
 
I have been there some years ago as it is one of the best shark destinations in the world. (nickname: Island of the sharks) Dives with an average of 100+ sharks are no exception. Freediving i didnt do there for obvious reasons :naughty Also the currents are ripping. 'There are several dives in the channels which are called F16 dives. Great for experienced scuba but freediving >> Suicide mission to hell....
