We've been playing for a couple of months now. Monday nights from 8-9 in the McFarland highschool pool.

Hmm.. it's 60 miles from me... Maybe I'll visit you guys

Anyway, as for diving, Lake Geneva is getting better and better with every day (less boat traffic )

Here's a couple pictures from my dive last week. I was wearing 3mm wetsuit - a bit chilly, but not too bad, though I think next time it'll be 5mm for me

Nick,

That looks awesome! What part of the lake are you entering on? Are you using a boat or swimming from shore- any hassle from the "boat patrol"?

I'm out for this weekend, but maybe next?

Jon

I'm entering just in front of WSP building in Williams Bay at Aurora University Campus (where I happen to work)

In all my years of swimming and diving over here, I've never had problems with WSP

p.s. next weekend sounds good

I've had a cold all week but am still thinking of driving up to Red Granite tomorrow to do a bit of diving with some buddies of mine- one just got a new rebreather and wants to put some time on it in the shallows.

Anyone else interested in meeting there around 10 am? Vis, and water temps, are said to be pretty good down to 10 meters, or so, and that's where the fish are. Of course I could always drag some ropes and floats up if people wanted to hit some depth, but I was thinking of just playing in the shallows so that I know for sure that my ears will work.

ARGH!!!!

Dives off. I just took a SLOW drive home from my family's place in Milwaukee through a blinding snow storm!!:rcard

Maybe I'll hit the pool instead, or at least the hot tub, until this cold subsides.:crutch

Im hoping that the snow may help to precipitate the milfoil fragments down. pray for low prevailing winds. this could be a great fall for diving here jon?
