Hello Guys,

I have a question regarding PYLE free diving watch PSWDV60,

I just purchased this watch from leisurepro.com and t came with dead battery

and now I'm struggling to return this watch back to the store or replace battery, I had contact with leisure pro and ask them to replace them but answer was negative, they say that they can only return money because all watches of this manufacturer has the same issue with dead battery. BUT PRICE IS SO GOOD. and for me now big dilemma to replace a battery or return to the store.

P.s. if will open the box and change it in local store it can void the warranty, and I'm not sure that maybe it is faulty watch not a battery it self.

Please give me advice

Thank you

I have Pyle Snorkeling Master and it came with dead battery too. I replaced it myself and the watch works fine. I use it since May, I did many dives to 20m and several below 30m without any problems. Battery replacement is not difficult at all, you just need to be careful not to damage the gasket and thread on the seal. It is also important to screw the seal to the same extent as it was done by the manufacturer.

I also have the Pyle watch. Mine came with a dead battery too. Just like Marcin, got it replaced, works fine
