Hello guys !

i really like diving, i love it, and i want to get more into it, so i decided to buy a diving watch, i found a lot on the internet but many are very expensive. I know suunto and aeris and many more, i have some infos about diving watches.
But i found a cheap one on amazone, but i don't know if it's good or not.

i would really appreciate your help ! :)
here is the link of the watch (Pyle Sports Snorkeling Master Watch): [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0068NYFCC/ref=gno_cart_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER"]Snorkeling Master w/ Dive Duration, Depth, Water Temp., Max. 100 Dive Records, Dive Alarm When Emerging Too Fast (Green Color) : Amazon.com : Sports & Outdoors@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51G%2B2NfISbL.@@AMEPARAM@@51G%2B2NfISbL[/ame]

Thank you !!
it's my first thread btw :)

Hi,
I guess it's worth the money. But it also depends what you are using it for / what you expect from it. For instance it does not have depth alarms, which are good for training and deep dives and don't require to check the depth during a dive.

Usually I would recommend to visit apnea.cz since there you can easily see and compare 'all' computers suitable for freediving. Unfortunately the website is down at the moment.

In general, you have two options. You can either spend 90 bucks on the Snorkeling Master or around 300 on a much more advanced computer. I use the Pyle watch for some time and in my opinion its OK. However, it underestimates the depth by ~0.5m
