Scuba diving with majestic Nurse Sharks at Alimatha Kandu (channel) by Alimatha Island - Vaavu Atoll in the Maldives.

This video is the best bits from two 60 minute dives at this amazing dive location which is normally dived at sunset / night. Nurse Sharks usually eat shellfish, shrimp, squid, fish and even coral, so although they are sharks they are relatively harmless (like almost all sharks). There is an abundance of them at this particular dive site (as many as 100) due to the island feeding them from the Jetty most evenings.

The footage is filmed in 4K 60FPS HDR HLG which delivers incredible results especially given the depth we were at (approx 25m), poor natural light and reasonable incoming current.

Equipment used:- Sony A7siii Camera
Sony SEL2870 Lens
Nauticam NA-A7Siii Housing
Nauticam WACP-1 Wide Angle Conversion
Port 2x Keldan 4x Lights with AF12B Ambient Light Filters
Keldan SF -1.5 Spectrum Red Filter
DJi Mavic Air 2 Drone
