diy bungee floatline

Got hold of a 3mm silicone hose the other day, can easily stretch to twice/three times its lenght and ist super strong.Found it at our hosepusher and apperantly its used by hospitals,bit pricy though,but since I ordered 10 meters and got 17! its not that bad...
