Diy monofin

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
They will sell to an individual. You need peel-ply, perforated sheet, bleeder/breather cloth, bagging (non-porous sheet), and tacky tape. Then you need the vacuum system capable of 22 inHg.

I've connected bicycle shoes to an old waterway fin blade by a metal bent form fast plate, it did not work. It didn't work because the rubber spring action of the waterway footpockets are essential to transfer my force through the blade to the water.
 
To shrink the footpockets

I did these long fin,I gave up monofin because I had lumbago if I played monofin.

 
This was such an amazing journey to read through. I loved it. The end result while not "effective" looked pretty good and it looked like a lot of fun!
