Hi, I think it can be caused by a little hyperventilation. Be carefull and try to breath better

is this dangerous or not i dont free dive i speafish and i thought i would get more relpies on here so is it safe for me to be hyperventilating or not:confused:

For spearfishing it is not good to hyperventilate, definitely not until you feel dizzy!

It increases the risk of having a blackout or samba, because it delays the urge to breathe and therefore makes it easier to go over the limit.

what would you recomend :hmm

I sometimes get dizzy from REALLY filling my lungs, and also from packing. I have no idea of the cause, but I'd hate to be starting down the line when it hits (or practicing packing while driving ; o).
