:inlove:inloveHi sailors and mermaids...

Your general thoughts on this particular practise routine..
How far can this take you ?

2-3 times a week Technique paractise in water (no buddy, no pushing-just technique) and some general swimming...

as often as possible dry static and dry crosstrainer and apnea walking..

as often as possible general fittness training (running/swimming/cycling etc etc..

as often as possible yoga and stretching..and relaxation exercises..

and once a week or every other week do some maxing attempts on DNF/DYN with a safety buddy in the pool...

so your thougts..is this good for big goals in the pool ? :inlove

Hey! Im new to freediving.

I usually train 1 1/2 hours 5 days a week on a 25 mt pool

In that time I usually perform at first my max on DNF...I try 3 times...then I focus on the technique etc..and then I do the same with static...and after that I do the same thing with DYF.

Once a week i get on my bicycle and ride for a couple of hours...or play soccer for a while...
Every night I make 3 or more static dry apneas (totally relaxed laying down on bed) and everytime I do them i try to have a new PB
Im not very much into swimming or jogging (even tho if i want to get better at apnea i should start training more) and im trying to stretch a bit every night before i go to sleep. No yoga..dunno how to xD

Here are my personal bests whit that routine i just explained. I keep detailed records of almost every dive I make

Dinamyc no fins: 40mt with 53 seconds - after 1 1/2 months training
Dinamyc with fins: 50mt with 40 seconds - today after 2 months training
Static wet: 1min 49 sec - after 2 months training
Static dry (laying down on bed totally relaxed): 3min 16 sec - after the second week of training.

Tomorrow I'll make my co2/o2 tables and start training

I would like to find someone with skills like mine..so we can compare our improvements weekly or monthly or who knows!
