Hi everyone. I started freediving 2 weeks ago. I know this is small, but can swim 50 metres underwater breast stroke and hold my breath in water for 3.05. I dont really know even if I am doing my breathing right. This forum is amazing with people who have gone beyond human limits. I believe the only limits are the ones we set for ourselves or are told what we can do. I would like to know if anyone uses NLP in there training.
