Doc's Proplugs?

I just recently bought Doc's Proplugs Online and at first I was skeptical but now thinking it may work, but I want some testimony from fellow freedivers on how well these work?

These actually work well. They keep the ear/head cold headache and fatigue. In long days of diving I think that they help equalizing easier.

I tried out a set of Feign's on the recent Telegraph Cove trip. was amazed. I NEED a set now.

I'm totally sold on them.

I agree. I've been using them since early spring and my ears feel much better. They seem to help prevent hood squeeze as well as keeping out the cold.

Do these little thingies really help you to equalize? Maybe I should get a pair, but the sizing is quite a problem. How the hell am I supposed to know my ear size? There are so many different sizes.

I used Doc's Pro Plugs in Key Largo and they were fantastic. Make sure you use only the vented style. Go to Doc's Pro Plug Website for more information. Any dive shop that sells them will be able to fit you.

after reading this telling testimonial, i immediately ordered a set of sizing plugs.

i have even been wearing them for the last couple of days and have only managed to figure out that i am a medium; frankly, i have not yet noticed any improvement in stamina (although not for lack of testing on my part). as for the other side-effects i will have to let you know.

doc only sends plugs for one ear for sizing purposes so perhaps this imbalance is throwing off the swadhisthanaenergy (groin chakra) energy flow needed for such endurance training.

today i finally have the correct size on order. i assume that with plugs fitted into both ears, fondueset's incredible amorous ability side-effects will be experienced by yours truly as well.
