Doc's Proplugs

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

I'm very confused between Doc's Proplugs and take only medicine ,every freediving trip will be ended at 10 meter maximum no more equalizing and visiting doctor in second day with taking large quantity of medicine because of the infection of left middle ear from equalizing and it will be full of mucous ,anybody can advise me either to take nasal spray with claritin or use that plug ?also one more information even I don't have cold or flu just when my face contact the seawater the mucous flood start .and i need to clean my mask every dive .
