:con:confused:fused:I'm very confused between Doc's Proplugs and take only medicine ,every freediving trip will be ended at 10 meter maximum no more equalizing and visiting doctor in second day with taking large quantity of medicine because of the infection of left middle ear from equalizing and it will be full of mucous ,anybody can advise me either to take nasal spray with claritin or use that plug ?also one more information even I don't have cold or flu just when my face contact the seawater the mucous flood start .and i need to clean my mask every dive .

Have you ever tried to do allergic intollerance? I used to have big problem with equalization and was an intollerance to milk and derivates, when you go into salt water and you breathe the sodium clear your things that's why you produce mucus.

do u always stick at 30ft its a common problem for beginners may not even have to do with mucus just lack of experience equalizing and u might be squeezing and inflaming the ears and or sinus if ur trying to force ur way past a barrier
