I enjoy doing pranayama as part of my traing routine but i'm starting to find counting out the timing extreamly tedious, i would much perfair to concentrate on being in the presant than a 1:4:2:2 ratio. i havent been able to find a timer online so far, does anyone know of a better system?

thanks apneaaddict but i'm one of them crazy cavemen without a mobile phone. where can i find a HIT timer rovanpera?

I guess you can record your voice counting and play in a loop?

Cheers for the ideas guys, i found a HIIT player, i can set how long i want my breath in to be, say 5 secs, then there will be a nice relaxing gong every 5 secs that i can use to keep my ratios.
thanks for the voice recording idea simos but i'm from liverpool and even i would find my accent to funny to meditate to.
