You don't need to follow such a stupid regime unless you are "juiced up".

Maybe Pipin belongs to this category.

I came here in good faith.

However, I cannot figure out what Gerard's post has to do with !

I think it is from my post "Is he for real?"

While it may be true that Pippin follows such a program, I have to agree with you that listening to one's body is usually the best measure of how much or how little to do.

It is just fascinating to read about!
 
LISTENING TO MY BODY

If I based everything on listening to MY body, I would probably have lucrative sponsorhip contracts from Krispy Kreme, Ben & Jerry's and Hershey's. BUrrrrrp. mmmmmmmmm.....Hershey's.....
