Im a beginner freediver....
And I learned something for freediving like diaphragm breathing , inhale and exhale in double time and something else like try to hold my breath in bed.....
And for first time i got 1:29 breath hold....
I heard something about breath hold table what is that?
Can you help me to have a longer breath hold? Do you know some other exercise for this?
