I am currently conducting my undergraduate thesis on 'the impact of dry static apneas pre-maximal dynamic attempts' and am trying to get an overview of divers' warm up habits to date. I would really appreciate anyone's input (in the poll) and thoughts on the topic.

** for the sake of continuity please could you also answer the other polls i have posted under this heading! thanks! :) **

I will be on here frequently to pass around ideas and keep everyone posted on my findings.

If there are any competitive divers in England that would like to take part in my testing during february and march, by all means get in touch!! just 2 x half hour sessions at a pool near you! ideally in the west sussex area but i'm happy to travel further! Thanks to everyone in advance :) Becki.
