Hi,
I'm just starting with dry statics training, and I've got a question on how to do it correctly. How do you keep the air in the lungs - is it the right way to use a nose clip or should I close the epiglottis?
If the topic has already been discussed in one of the forums, please let me know where I can find the answer.
Best regards
MadTom
