Last Sunday we had our national championship pool freediving 2003. Very nice and relaxed competition. Martin Stam set a new Dutch record in dynamic with fins of 115 meters.

Haico Aaldering became Dutch champion with a time of 5:04 static and 108 dynamic. And he also did a 85 mtr dynamic without fins for fun! Very nice.

And for the women Renate de Bruyn got the most points with a static of 3:47 min and a dynamic without fins of 98 meters. A new unofficial worldrecord. In the weekend of 10-12 oktober she's going to attempt to break the worldrecord. So things are looking good! Now... if we only had some deep water.... ;-)
