Hello, i have a questions about dynamic apnea: 1. 2 months ago i've done 40 meters dynamic apnea (i know it's not a lot). I didn't done that since then... do you think that now i'm doing a lot less then that?
2. my goal is to do 60 meters dynamic apnea until the next 2 months. i'm doing co2 and o2 tables but it seems like my results stopped- i cant hold my breath for more then 2:08 minutes... any help?

roei, probably there are a lot of things that you can do to improve your results.
Are you doing dynamic with fins?
My advice is keep doing the tables, meditation to train your mind (keep calm and control heartbeat after you start feeling the contractions) and play an aerobic sport, like running.
