hey guys i just want to know will dynamic apnea help me go to greater depths?:friday

I'm no expert, but I think it's good for working on some aspects of depth training. It's a good opportunity to work on technique (finning, keeping good body position, etc) as well as training for doing exercise while holding your breath. Of course, there are some things that dynamics won't help with, such as equalizing, but given the choice of training dynamic or nothing, do dynamic (with a buddy, of course).
