Just recovered from acute otitis three weeks back. Dove two days ago first time since, first day ok, 28m dives w good down times. Next day bad, left ear kept sticking, couldn't get past ten meters after two initial dives to 20 and 24m. Was very careful to clear steadily and had no signs of barotrauma after first day. Felt like my ear was sticking, canal and or eardrum. Could I have residual mucus/inflammation in my ear. How do I proceed, what Meds would expedite recovery, Trip planned for 6mts in ten days-I'm very stressed and depressed about this. Many thanks for any help

My friend i think you should do an allergic test ,and you produce wax because you eat something. My advice forget milk and wheat for start for a couple of weeks and see....
safe recoveries
