Editing what forums appear under new posts?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Is there a way to change settings so that when I click on the button to see new posts that I only see the forums I'm interested in?

Basically what I'd like to do is only see the freediving-related forums.
