Efective range

Hello all!
I have Picasso carbon 110 cm spear gun and I would like to know what is the efective range of this gun if I load it to the second notch?

calculation is simple. with one wrap of line, you have 3x110(line lenght)+150(spearlenght)+50cm(armlenght) = 6m of max range, so you can assume a 5m shot
 
I am an owner of a 90cm Demka ALS open head with double bands and i wonder it's efective range.

3x90=2.70m but the double bands should increase the range. Is it possible for it to shoot at 5m with both bands?

A home made wooden i made at 90cm with double bands reach easy the 5m since it has enough power when it takes 4+ meters of line.
