Eliosub superelastic lining?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

Has the superelastic lining the same resistance against mechanical tear as nylon?
I have ordered a Eliosub neoflex suit with nylon outside an super elastic on the inside. And now when i read about the neoprene on their homepage it seems like this combination does not exist.
Only the superelastic exterior and superelastic interior exist, and i dont want open cell interior or exterior.
Since i'm allergic to metalite (can also be the neoprene im going to the doctor to ask) i dont want the neoprene against my body even if it doesn't have an interiror of metalite.
I bought a Cressi super comp and i used the suit twice, both times i got iching and burning skin after the use.

Although I have not torn either my nylon lined or my superelastic lined elios suit i would think the nylon the more resistant to tear of the two... but I sure prefer the superelastic lined suit over the nylon. Both of my lined suits are closed cell outside..
