not strictly freediving, well not in the least... but still pushing limits way beyond anything any of us ever do ( I reckon)

HUGE congratulations to Ellen MacArthur on arriving home this morning after breaking the solo, non stop round the world sailing record by more than a day,

a Brit to really be proud of!
