Scott was kind enough to clue me in on a few of the springs in Northwest Florida by but I haven't been able to locate anyone actively freediving in the areas around Destin, Pensacola, Ft. walton, Panama City. I have only recently moved back to sea level, dusted off my long blades, and eager to see what's around here.

Anyone?
 
There are at least a couple of DBers in that area. Try searching for "Vortex" or "morrison", That should bring up some posts for folks you could pm.
