This is my first post on DP so hi all...and can I have some help, please!! I'm an open water scuba diver with tiny eustacian tubes (sinuses ok) and it can take me 12mins to 12m :waterwork. Luckily I have a fab, patient buddy!!! I was using Valsalva but went on a freediving course recently and learned the frenzel manouvere. In the pool I got to 6m in 40 secs equalising constantly (instant pressure if I don't) whilst moving my neck and jaw then got stuck arond 5m. I couldn't progress at all beyond this depth...breath fine, tubes not being helpful.
I read a post about circular equalising. Does anyone have any views/ advice on this? I can't dive (Scuba) for next couple of weeks but want to give myself the best shot I can when I go. Hopefully, one day, I'll be able to equalise well enough to freedive too.
Cheers

Hey, welcome and I hope you're finding the help you need on equalization :)

Thanks so much Batray. Trux and Bryan have been really helpful. I'll be trying out their tips when I can next get to water :)
