just heard of the 3rd case of a diver who´s exclusive way to equalise is BTV - meaning pressurising methods fail. In none of the 3 cases i know if frenzel technically is mastered, haven´t worked with any of them.
Anyone knows what´s up? I don´t understand why someone doing BTV is unable to get at least a valsalva going.
- it´s not perfect BTV though. all cases have slow descents and one a narrow tube opening according to doctor
