Does anyone have any tips or techniques for equalising and generally diving beyond RV?
I have been practising mouth-fill, but to be honest i haven't been all that successful.
I have also been doing FRC dives as a training measure.

hello mate how deep are you spearing?(just by your name)
or are you freediving as well? if so the mouthfill tecnique is the way forward and the only way to get deeper (problems aside) is to dive often ..also try some lung exercises.. my best suggestion is try a group called freedive cornwall(samdive on db or saltfree divers on facebook) if you have taken courses 3* and above then you will learn more about the mouthfill in depth ...or the best shot is try a master class of some sort with a competetive diver
good luck mate dive safe (and deep)
