Hello, I have been snorkeling and Diving for most of the summer in the UK and I am starting to try and dive deeper. I have only been reaching about 4-5m but in the last few trips I have found that I get shooting white spots on my eyes as soon as I get beyond 4 meters and don't feel it is a good idea to push further until I have addressed this, It may be an issue that I am not equalizing my mask soon enough, but thought other may have experienced similar issues.

thanks

So no answers but managed to figure it out mask was on too tight at the surface. so with correct equalization this is no longer an issue
