Hi i swim pool dynamics. I swim close to the surface and at other times at the bottom of the pool (about 8 ft?). Equalizatoin is obviously not needed at these depths but its almost automatic and hands free for me. (I'm wearing goggles)

I do this 5-6 days a week. I'm worried I'm over taxing my ears by doing this too much. Lately I have felt like I'm on an airplane with muffled hearing most of the time, although i have been doing this for years without many ear issues.

Do you think i should cease this practice? Do you equalize while doing dynamics?
