Just a quick intro to you all as yet another new member. I have been swimming most of my life, I competed in both speed and synchro at national level and have also raught for many years.
A few years ago I became a snorkelling instructor and my fiance is a scuba instructor and examiner. I have now discovered freedriving with I consider the next natural progression from my synchro background. I am currently on the injury list however though and awaiting treatment for a serious knee injury but upon my return my fiance is going to try and advance my scuba skills and experience too. i just cant wait

Wecome welcome. With your background freeediving is a natural evolution. You will find a lot of intersting threads and people here: everybody is very cool and friendly. Ciao. Matteo.

Welcome to DB

Where abouts in West Sussex are you located?

Thanks for the replies, I live in a village just outside Crawley near-ish Gatwick

Welcome to DB, Elishiva and I hope You'll be splashing about again, soon.
I wonder if there are any more synchros aboard yet...
