It getting colder and I can predict more time spent training in pools over exploring the ocean. Looking for ways to mix the training sessions up more. Anyone want to share their favorite training exercises or games to use in the pool?
 
5-6+ people - rock, paper, scissors tournament.

If you lose, you lose and if you surface, you lose... Unless you're the last one playing. :D

Make sure those that go out first safety the rest of the game!!
