Hi folks - we're interested in knowing people's favourite spearfishing videos. Can you post in here what you think are your favourite videos on youtube/vimeo/etc...?

There are just so many out there - thousands & thousands!

I really like Shinys vid because it represents British spearfishing at its best.

A a single handed challenge to catch my favourite eating fish.
Nick makes it look very easy but, Nick is a really talented diver & spearfisherman!

There is also a dedication to OMD (at the end) who was the only other guy I new to be in shiny league at catching these fish.

Sunfish had a great vid where he nudged a bass with his spear to line up a shot before shooting it... youtube have blocked it so I can't link... there are loads from the UK guys!

I cant wait to see what else is posted here!
 
Having acquired a small collection of videos now (Thanks Scott ) and flogged youtube/vimeo to death during revision periods, I can safely say there are some great professionally edited videos out. However, my favourites are youtube/vimeo clips from British spearo's (Kevin Daly/Nick C) giving a true representation of what it is like to spear here in the UK. Can't wait until the day they purchase a HD camera and make an extended video of their exploits though!

I agree with the comments above, there are soo many to choose from. And i also like the british videos as they show spearfishing in my/our context.
I would put up magpies scollie video... Ok i found the link but cant open it...? Tom..?

I couldn't work out what was so weird about that video until I realised that the whole thing is playing in reverse.

Personally Chris, I hate the videos of people shooting large, slow moving fish from almost point blank range.

Obviously, as a spearo, I appreciate the knowledge needed & commitment required to reach dive sites but I can't help but thinking that apart from having exceptionally good freediving abilities, where is the skill in swimming up to a huge fish that has no fear of you and putting a spear in it's head? It seems a pretty shi**y thing to do really.
