Hello to all,

I currently live in Normandie , France. I'm looking forward to reading your threads on spearfishing (my favorite...), freediving or underwater hockey (which I practice here in France).

I've quit diving after leaving the military in 1997. Ever since then, I have been trying to hold my breath and swim underwater at the same time. All this while aiming at a fish and trying not be seen by it ! I guess I have a lot of room for improvement (an ocean's worth of room !) and am looking forward to share experiences.

Especially interested in pool practice tips ; training tables and what not. I'm trying to organize the trainig in my club and will take up any comments.

Personal objectives are to increase my bottom time and depth : Wow how original ! Actually I'm more into feeling good sub-surface...

DIVE ! DIVE ! DIVE !
